Ndindi Nyoro Faces Sharp Criticism Over Delayed Political Stand

A section of political leaders has launched a scathing attack on Kiharu MP Hon. Ndindi Nyoro following his latest media briefing, accusing him of failing to provide the leadership and clarity that many Kenyans expected.

The critics said many supporters had anticipated that Nyoro would finally declare whether he supports the “WANTAM” movement and reveal whether he would align with the Linda Mwananchi coalition or the United Alternative Government. Instead, they said, he postponed his political decision and asked for an additional three to four weeks before making his position public.

According to the leaders, the continued delay has disappointed many Kenyans who have been waiting for him to take a firm political stand. They argued that leadership requires courage, decisiveness, and the ability to inspire confidence during moments of uncertainty.

The critics further noted that while Nyoro’s proposed economic agenda may be important, it can be advanced from within an opposition coalition rather than through political isolation. They emphasized that defeating the current administration would require teamwork and unity among opposition leaders rather than individual efforts.

In a strongly worded message described as “tough love,” the leaders urged Nyoro to stop postponing difficult decisions and choose a political path without further delay, warning that public patience is rapidly running out.

The remarks are expected to intensify debate over Nyoro’s political future as the country’s opposition continues to reorganize ahead of the 2027 General Election.
