New Cameo Building store gives consumers hands-on access to Samsung’s latest devices, Galaxy AI and personalized support.

Megahub Connect Limited, in partnership with Samsung Electronics East Africa, has officially opened its second Samsung Experience Store in Nairobi’s Central Business District (CBD), expanding access to Samsung’s latest technology and customer-focused services.

Located at Cameo Building along Kenyatta Avenue, the new store builds on the success of Samsung’s first Experience Store at Hilton, which opened in 2024.

The new outlet is designed to offer more than traditional retail, allowing customers to see, touch, test and experience Samsung products before making a purchase. The store features a broad range of Galaxy products, including smartphones, tablets, wearables, Galaxy Buds and other connected devices.

A major highlight is the store’s focus on Galaxy AI, with customers able to explore AI-powered features through live demonstrations and guided experiences. Visitors can also discover how different Galaxy devices connect and work together within the wider Samsung ecosystem.

Speaking during the launch, Evelyn Munene, Head of Product and Marketing at Samsung Kenya, said the new store reflects the company’s commitment to improving customer service and making technology more accessible.

“We are delighted to mark this important milestone in our partnership with Megahub Connect. This opening reflects our commitment to serving our customers better by creating a space where they can experience Samsung technology first-hand, receive personalized guidance and find solutions that meet their everyday needs.”

The store will also serve as a hub for product launches, demonstrations, workshops, customer education and community experiences, giving consumers opportunities to learn how Samsung’s latest innovations can fit into their daily lives.

Timothy Karanja, Director at Megahub Connect Limited, said consumers increasingly want to understand technology before making purchasing decisions.

“Technology continues to evolve rapidly, and consumers want to understand how it can fit into their everyday lives before making a decision. Our aim is to make that journey easier by creating an environment where customers can experience Samsung technology first-hand, receive expert guidance and find solutions that meet their individual needs.”

Beyond product discovery, customers will have access to support services including device setup, data transfers, feature guidance and software support, helping them maximize the use of their Samsung devices.

The strategic CBD location is expected to make Samsung’s latest innovations more accessible to technology enthusiasts, professionals, businesses and everyday consumers visiting Nairobi’s city centre.

The Samsung Experience Store at Cameo Building is now open, welcoming customers to explore Samsung’s latest products, experience Galaxy AI and shop in-store.

Megahub Connect Limited is a Nairobi-based mobile phone and accessories retailer operating Samsung Experience Stores and Safaricom franchise outlets in Nairobi’s CBD.
