IDA ODINGA REPORTEDLY PROPOSES RAILA JUNIOR FOR KIBRA MP SEAT IN 2027
NAIROBI — Former First Lady Ida Odinga has reportedly proposed her son, Raila Odinga Junior, as a potential candidate for the Kibra parliamentary seat in the 2027 General Election.
The reported proposal has already sparked political interest in Kibra, a constituency historically associated with the Odinga family and the wider opposition movement.
If Raila Junior enters the race, his candidature could reshape the political contest in Kibra and place the Odinga family once again at the centre of Nairobi’s political battles.
