Gachagua Pledges Mausoleum for Late Friend Johanna Ng’eno, Orders Immediate Construction

Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has pledged to facilitate the construction of a mausoleum in remembrance of his late friend, Johanna Ng’eno.

Speaking about the planned memorial, Gachagua said he had already instructed designers to develop a suitable design that would be comfortable and acceptable to Ng’eno’s mother.

“I will help in the construction of a mausoleum in remembrance of my friend Johanna Ng’eno,” Gachagua said.

He added that the project should move with speed, directing that the design process be undertaken immediately to pave the way for construction.

“I have instructed the designers to develop a design that Mama will be comfortable with. Work should commence immediately,” Gachagua said.

The announcement has drawn attention to the proposed memorial, which is expected to serve as a lasting tribute to Ng’eno and preserve his memory for family, friends and the wider community.

Gachagua’s pledge comes as friends and family continue to honour the life and legacy of the late Johanna Ng’eno.
