The ruling party, United Democratic Alliance (UDA), has intensified its campaign activities in Ol Kalou Constituency as it seeks to secure victory for its flagbearer, Samuel Muchina Nyagah, in the upcoming July 16 by-election.
Party leaders and grassroots mobilizers have heightened engagements with residents across the constituency, emphasizing the government’s development agenda and the importance of electing a representative aligned with the administration’s priorities.
Speaking during campaign engagements, UDA officials expressed confidence that Nyagah’s leadership credentials, commitment to public service, and close connection with local residents position him as the best candidate to champion the constituency’s interests.
The party has rolled out an aggressive grassroots strategy that includes door-to-door mobilization, community forums, youth engagement programs, and meetings with various stakeholder groups. UDA leaders say the campaign is focused on addressing key issues affecting residents, including infrastructure development, job creation, agriculture, healthcare, and economic empowerment.
The Ol Kalou by-election is expected to attract significant national attention, with political observers viewing it as an important test of the ruling party’s support in the region.
As the campaign enters its final stretch, UDA leaders have urged supporters to remain united and actively participate in the electoral process, expressing optimism that Samuel Muchina Nyagah will secure a decisive victory at the ballot on July 16.
