NGENGA’S VISION FOR MWINGI WEST: EMPOWERING YOUTH THROUGH SKILLS AND OPPORTUNITIES

Incoming Mwingi West MP Eng. Jonathan Ngenga Ndisya is positioning youth empowerment at the centre of his vision for the constituency, with a focus on practical skills, economic opportunities and pathways to self-reliance.
Through his foundation, Ngenga has supported young people to acquire technical and vocational skills designed to strengthen their capacity to pursue employment, entrepreneurship and sustainable livelihoods.
His approach places emphasis on equipping young people with skills they can translate into real economic opportunities, rather than relying solely on traditional employment opportunities.
Ngenga’s youth empowerment agenda seeks to create an environment where young people can develop their talents, acquire marketable skills and participate meaningfully in the economic development of Mwingi West.
As the constituency looks ahead, the initiative presents a broader vision of youth development centred on skills, opportunity and self-reliance.
