UDA & ODM Unite Under “Broadbased Coalition” Banner Ahead of 2027

The United Democratic Alliance UDA) and the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) are set to operate under the “Broadbased Coalition” banner as the two political formations chart a common path ahead of the 2027 General Election.

The development marks a significant shift in Kenya’s political landscape, bringing together two major political parties that have traditionally occupied opposing sides of the political divide.

The Broadbased Coalition is expected to provide a framework for cooperation, political coordination and engagement between the two parties as they prepare for the 2027 elections.
