The Director General of the Kenya School of Government, Prof. Nurah Mohamed, has called on Kenyans to embrace youth empowerment by investing in people, innovation, and opportunities that unlock the immense potential of young people.
Speaking during the launch of the Hope, Dreams and Dignity Foundation, Prof. Mohamed emphasized that every young person has the ability to succeed if provided with the right support, mentorship, and opportunities.
“Empowerment is about equipping people with the knowledge, skills, and innovation they need to transform their lives. Every young person has potential and endless possibilities,” he said.
Prof. Mohamed urged leaders, development partners, the private sector, and the public to unite in supporting the foundation’s mission of empowering youth and promoting dignified livelihoods.
“Let us commit our experience, resources, and support to this foundation. Let us invest in a possibility movement that inspires dreams, empowers communities, and enables every young person to live with dignity,” he added.
The Hope, Dreams and Dignity Foundation seeks to champion youth empowerment through education, entrepreneurship, mentorship, innovation, and community development initiatives aimed at creating sustainable opportunities for young people across Kenya.
The launch brought together government officials, development partners, civil society organizations, and youth leaders who pledged to work together in advancing inclusive development and creating opportunities for the next generation.
