TAAG Angola Airlines Takes Delivery of Fourth Boeing 787 Dreamliner at Dr. António Agostinho Neto International Airport
TAAG Angola Airlines has taken another significant step in strengthening its operational capacity and modernizing its fleet with the arrival of its fourth Boeing 787 Dreamliner. The state-of-the-art aircraft, a Boeing 787-10, landed on Saturday, December 20, at the Dr. António Agostinho Neto International Airport (AIAAN).
The aircraft, registered as D2-TET, is the fourth B787 Dreamliner to join the national flag carrier’s growing fleet, marking a key milestone in TAAG’s ongoing transformation and fleet renewal strategy. The delivery further enhances the airline’s capability to expand its international route network while improving efficiency and passenger experience.
Acquired under a leasing agreement through Bengo LLC, the new Dreamliner combines premium comfort, advanced aviation technology, and superior operational performance. It boasts a total seating capacity of 367 seats, configured to meet diverse passenger needs:
24 seats in Business Class
343 seats in Economy Class
