Hon. Susan Makungu, Area MCA, today visited Mlango Kubwa Area 1 in Kiamutisya to assess the situation on the ground and express solidarity with residents facing various challenges.

Speaking during the visit, Hon. Makungu said she was deeply touched by the difficulties many families are currently experiencing and reassured residents that they have not been forgotten.
“I want every affected resident to know that you are not alone. Your resilience, unity, and determination in the face of adversity are truly inspiring,” she said.
Following the assessment, the MCA committed to engaging relevant stakeholders, partners, and well-wishers to mobilize support and ensure assistance reaches the most affected families as quickly as possible.
“While solutions may not come overnight, we remain committed to doing everything within our capacity to support the community and work towards lasting solutions,” she added.
Hon. Makungu also expressed gratitude to residents for their warm reception, cooperation, and patience, urging the community to continue standing together and supporting one another during this challenging period.
The MCA reaffirmed her commitment to advocating for the needs of Mlango Kubwa Area 1 and Kiamutisya residents, emphasizing the importance of unity, hope, and collective action in overcoming current hardships.
