Prime-Time DT Sacco, formerly known as Keiyo Teachers Sacco, has achieved remarkable growth under the leadership of Thomas Rotich rotich, boasting total assets of KSh 1.3 billion and declaring dividends exceeding 10%.
With a mission to improve the welfare of members through the provision of quality, efficient, innovative, and market-driven financial services, the Sacco has steadily grown to serve over 7,000 members, including small business owners, farmers, and young teachers.
Rotich emphasized the importance of integrity and accountability in all Saccos, saying, “To succeed in the Sacco sector, one thing is very clear: integrity, accountability, and good reforms are essential to avoid failing members.”
He attributed the Sacco’s success to a culture of member-focused governance and transparency.

Looking ahead, Prime-Time DT Sacco is developing digital platforms that will allow members to access and withdraw funds from anywhere, tapping into the energy and tech-savviness of the youth.
Speaking at the Annual Saccos Leaders Convention in Mombasa County, Rotich tich added, “We want to leverage digital innovation and the dynamism of our young members to grow our Sacco while staying true to our core values of integrity and accountability.”
