2. Q: What will be your immediate priorities as ODM Secretary General<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A. My first priority is party unity and strengthening internal structures from the grassroots to the national level. We will also enhance communication, mobilize members, and prepare the party strategically for upcoming political engagements<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Q: There have been reports of internal wrangles within ODM. How do you plan to address them?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: Dialogue is key. ODM has always believed in democratic engagement. We will create inclusive platforms for discussion, listen to concerns from members, and ensure fairness and transparency in party processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Q: What is your working relationship with Party Leader Raila Odinga?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: Baba remains the ideological pillar of ODM. My role is administrative and organizational, and I will work closely with him and other party organs to ensure our vision and policies are effectively implemented across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Q: Critics say ODM needs rebranding to attract more young voters. Do you agree<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: ODM has always been a reform-driven party, but we recognize the need to modernize our messaging. We will actively engage youth through digital platforms, mentorship programs, and by giving them leadership opportunities within the party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Q: How will you position ODM ahead of the 2027 general elections<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: Preparation starts now. We will strengthen our grassroots networks, recruit new members, solidify coalitions, and ensure our policy agenda speaks directly to issues affecting Kenyans\u2014cost of living, unemployment, governance, and accountability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Q: What lessons are you taking from Sifuna\u2019s tenure?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: He demonstrated courage, consistency, and clarity in defending party positions. One key lesson is the importance of being responsive and firm in communication while safeguarding party unity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Q: How will you handle disciplinary matters within the party<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: Discipline is crucial for any political organization. We will follow the party constitution strictly, ensure due process, and prioritize reconciliation where possible. Fairness and consistency will guide our decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Q: What message do you have for ODM supporters who may feel uncertain about the leadership transition?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: Leadership transitions are part of growth. ODM remains strong, united, and focused. I urge our supporters to remain confident\u2014the party\u2019s mission and commitment to social justice and democracy remain unchanged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Q: Finally, what legacy do you hope to leave as Secretary General<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
