Speaking at the Kenya Annual Scientific and Health (KASH) Conference in Nairobi, Mwige emphasized the need to eliminate waste, ensure clean hospital environments, and make healthcare a top national priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"507\" data-id=\"852\" src=\"https:\/\/livenation254.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/1001661134.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-852\" srcset=\"https:\/\/livenation254.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/1001661134.jpg 720w, https:\/\/livenation254.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/1001661134-300x211.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe need to get dirt out of our hospitals. There is a need for quality water, and we must resolve these problems.
