AAR Insurance has received the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) certification, marking a significant milestone in the insurer\u2019s efforts to strengthen service delivery, governance and operational efficiency across its regional operations.<\/p>\n

AAR Insurance CEO & Principal Officer Justine Kosgei<\/strong> and Board Director Jones Nzomo<\/strong> received the certification from Bureau Veritas East Africa Certification Manager Kennedy Obuya<\/strong> during a handover ceremony held at Real Towers, Upperhill, Nairobi.<\/p>\n

The internationally recognised certification formally validates AAR Insurance\u2019s adoption of audited quality-management standards designed to improve consistency, efficiency and customer experience.<\/p>\n

The certification also reinforces the insurer\u2019s focus on operational resilience and continuous improvement as it seeks to deliver faster and more reliable services to customers.<\/p>\n

Speaking during the ceremony, AAR Insurance leadership highlighted the milestone as an important step in embedding quality management across the organisation and strengthening confidence in its service standards.<\/p>\n

The certification handover was followed by a cake-cutting ceremony attended by Kosgei, Nzomo and Obuya to commemorate the achievement.<\/p>\n
