Wakati wameangalia last month, wamepata imebaki na 78 million,\u201d Malala said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Malala questioned how the alleged reduction occurred and linked his criticism to ODM&#8217;s current political engagement with the broad-based arrangement.<\/p>\n<p>He further alleged that the development raises questions about how party resources are being managed, saying: <strong>\u201cInamaanisha kwamba hawa broad-based guys kazi yao ni kufyonza pesa.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The claims have the potential to trigger renewed debate over political-party finances, accountability and the management of party resources.<\/p>\n<p>ODM has not been cited here as having confirmed the figures or Malala&#8217;s allegations.
