NAIROBI, August 31, 2026<\/strong> \u2014 A fresh call for unity, justice and democratic reforms within the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) is gaining momentum, with Ekaterina Handa<\/strong>, Incoming LSK representative to the Judicial Service Commission (JSC), positioning herself at the centre of a renewed push to strengthen the voice and representation of lawyers.<\/p>\n
Handa\u2019s reform agenda is anchored on the belief that reclaiming unity within the legal profession and advancing justice for all lawyers must begin with one decisive step\u2014and one chapter of collective action.<\/p>\n

Her message is focused on reshaping the LSK and strengthening democratic values within the institution and the wider Judiciary, while ensuring that every lawyer has an opportunity to be heard, represented and treated fairly.<\/p>\n
