NAIROBI \u2014<\/strong> Former First Lady Ida Odinga has reportedly proposed her son, Raila Odinga Junior, as a potential candidate for the Kibra parliamentary seat in the 2027 General Election.<\/p>\n

The reported proposal has already sparked political interest in Kibra, a constituency historically associated with the Odinga family and the wider opposition movement.<\/p>\n

If Raila Junior enters the race, his candidature could reshape the political contest in Kibra and place the Odinga family once again at the centre of Nairobi’s political battles.<\/p>\n
