They questioned how the alleged fraud could have gone undetected for such a long period before financial institutions were later accused of responsibility and pressured to reimburse the entire amount.<\/p>\n<p>Following the banks&#8217; refusal, investigative and prosecutorial agencies initiated action against the bank executives. However, the court has now intervened, granting orders that temporarily suspend the planned prosecutions pending further legal proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>The ruling marks a significant development in the ongoing dispute, with the case expected to continue as the courts determine the legality of the intended prosecutions and the responsibilities of the parties involved.<br \/>\nThe allegations remain contested, and the matter is before the courts.
