Global technology company Zoho has entered into a strategic partnership with the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) in a move aimed at accelerating digital transformation, empowering entrepreneurs, and driving the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the country.<\/p>\n

The partnership was officially unveiled during Zoholics Kenya 2026<\/strong>, Zoho’s annual user conference, highlighting the company’s continued investment in Kenya’s business ecosystem through digital innovation, skills development, and accessible technology solutions.<\/p>\n
Speaking during the launch, Premanand Velumani, Director of Strategic Growth at Zoho MEA, said the collaboration underscores Zoho’s commitment to creating meaningful local impact by equipping businesses with affordable and innovative digital tools.<\/p>\n
“Our partnership with KNCCI is designed to expand access to technology, strengthen digital capabilities, and lower barriers to business transformation. By working closely with local institutions, we aim to equip Kenyan businesses with the tools and knowledge they need to grow sustainably while building self-sufficient economic ecosystems,” he said.<\/p>\n
Zoho Kenya Country Head, Arvind Natarajan, noted that Kenya continues to rank among the company’s fastest-growing markets, driven by the increasing adoption of digital solutions by businesses seeking greater efficiency, resilience, and competitiveness.<\/p>\n
He observed that the rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence is reshaping how businesses operate, making integrated digital platforms essential for organizations looking to improve productivity and accelerate growth.<\/p>\n
“As Artificial Intelligence continues to reshape the business landscape, organizations are increasingly adopting unified digital platforms to enhance productivity and accelerate growth. Through this partnership, we are committed to helping Kenyan businesses fast-track their digital transformation while strengthening the country’s innovation ecosystem,” Natarajan said.<\/p>\n
As part of the partnership, eligible KNCCI members will receive KES 65,000 in Zoho Wallet Credits<\/strong>, giving them access to Zoho’s comprehensive suite of cloud-based business applications. The software solutions are designed to help businesses digitize operations across finance, sales, customer service, human resources, marketing, and other core business functions.<\/p>\n
Beyond technology access, the partnership will also provide training, mentorship, and technical support to ensure businesses successfully adopt digital solutions and maximize the benefits of their digital transformation journeys.<\/p>\n
