\u00a0TAAG Angola Airlines has received authorization from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to operate its newly acquired Boeing<\/em><\/strong> 787-9 Dreamliner on commercial services within European airspace, marking a significant achievement in the airline\u2019s ongoing fleet modernization program.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The approval follows EASA\u2019s standard certification and technical oversight procedures for airlines operating flights to destinations within the European Union. The authorization allows TAAG to integrate the state-of-the-art aircraft into its European network, reinforcing the airline\u2019s commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and enhanced customer experience.<\/p>\n

In the initial phase of deployment, the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner will operate on the Luanda\u2013Lisbon\u2013Luanda route, one of TAAG\u2019s most important international connections and a strategic gateway between Angola and Europe. The addition of the Dreamliner is expected to offer passengers greater comfort, improved fuel efficiency, and a modern travel experience while strengthening the airline\u2019s competitiveness on the route.<\/p>\n
TAAG Chairman Cl\u00f3vis Rosa welcomed the approval, describing it as a reflection of the airline\u2019s continuous efforts to elevate operational standards and align with global aviation best practices.<\/p>\n
