Speaking after touring the healthcare technology company, the First Lady noted that advancements in newborn screening and diagnostic technologies have the potential to transform maternal and child healthcare by identifying serious health conditions shortly after birth and enabling prompt treatment.<\/p>\n

\u201cEarly diagnosis can make the difference between a lifetime of health challenges and a healthy start to life. The innovations we have witnessed today demonstrate how technology can help save lives, reduce the burden of disease, and give every child the best possible start in life,\u201d said Rachel Ruto.<\/p>\n

The visit provided valuable insights into cutting-edge healthcare solutions that support early detection of congenital and genetic conditions, helping healthcare providers intervene before complications arise.
