We shall proceed to file an appeal at the Court of Appeal on the decision,&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><strong> said Gachagua.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The former Deputy President maintained that the issues raised in the case are of significant constitutional importance and deserve further judicial scrutiny.
