The new centres, launched through a strategic partnership with a leading local property investor, will provide modern co-working spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, and creative collaboration areas designed to support businesses of all sizes, from startups and SMEs to multinational corporations.<\/p>\n

The expansion comes at a time when hybrid work continues to reshape the global workplace landscape, enabling employees to work closer to home while helping businesses reduce operational costs and improve productivity.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The three newly opened locations include:<\/p>\n

HQ I&M Tower<\/strong> \u2013 Situated in Nairobi\u2019s financial district, the centre offers 157 workstations and is tailored for professionals in finance, legal services, and consulting. The facility will host networking initiatives such as “Capital Connections” mornings to encourage business collaboration and knowledge sharing.<\/p>\n

HQ Nairobi Business Park<\/strong> \u2013 Located along Ngong Road, the centre features 265 workstations and targets enterprise clients and fast-growing businesses. Positioned within a campus-style environment, it will host corporate wellness programs, technology meetups, and innovation-focused events that tap into Nairobi\u2019s growing reputation as Africa\u2019s Silicon Savannah.<\/p>\n

Regus, 1 Park Avenue \u2013 Located in the premium Parklands district, the centre provides 265 workstations in a modern development surrounded by high-end retail and hospitality amenities. The workspace is designed to serve a diverse business community through executive networking sessions and entrepreneurship workshops.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
