Convoys of vehicles, party songs, chants, and colourful branded regalia dominated the town as supporters escorted their preferred candidates to the IEBC offices.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Among those cleared was DCP candidate Sammy Ngotho, who addressed enthusiastic supporters moments before formally submitting his nomination papers.
