The move is expected to raise KSh 106 billion, which will serve as the seed capital for the newly established National Infrastructure Fund.<br \/>\nAccording to President Ruto, the initiative is part of the government\u2019s broader strategy to mobilize domestic capital to finance large-scale infrastructure projects without over-relying on external borrowing.
