Elizabeth, has termed her leadership journey as just the beginning of greater things ahead for women and the people of Makueni.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking after receiving recognition at the Jamhuri Leadership Awards, Hon. Elizabeth said the honor is a motivation for her to work even harder in serving the people and championing the empowerment of women.<\/p>\n<p>She noted that her achievement proves that women can rise to leadership despite challenges and societal barriers, urging women to continue pushing for space in leadership and decision-making positions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeing the only elected woman MCA in Makueni is not the end of the journey. It is just a step to greater things ahead. The future is bright,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Hon.
