(Dr.) John Kanyuithia Mutunga, Member of Parliament for Tigania West and Chairperson of the National Assembly Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock, has unveiled the Tigania West 3.0 Scorecard (2022\u20132025) \u2014 a comprehensive three-year performance review of the Constituency Transformation Strategy (2022\u20132027).<\/p>\n

A Strategy Built on Four Pillars
\nThe transformation agenda is anchored on four strategic thrusts:
\nWALE (Water, Agriculture, Land and Environment):<\/p>\n

Expanded access to clean water through boreholes and dams, increased tree cover, and adoption of climate-smart agriculture to boost food security and farmer incomes.

TRED (Telecommunication, Roads, Electrification and Digitization):
\nUpgraded road networks, accelerated rural electrification, and enhanced digital and communication connectivity across sub-locations.
\nCREC (Collaboration, Restraint, Endowment and Cohesion):
\nStrengthened cooperatives, Saccos, youth and women empowerment groups, and enhanced social and cultural cohesion.<\/p>\n
